Second adventure of Le Petit Matin bed and breakfast in this beautiful city of Bayeux. Originally located rue Quincangrogne for 8 years, we have decided to move to this new residence which offers you more spacious and comfortable guest rooms.
In the heart of the historic district of Bayeux, on Place Charles de Gaulle, planted with 150 lime trees classified as natural monuments in 1932, Le Petit Matin welcomes you to its home. For us, the morning is an important moment too often sacrificed. We therefore wanted to give our guests a moment of tranquility and authenticity around a hearty breakfast in this magnificent 17th and 18th century building, completely renovated.
We offer two dining rooms where breakfast will be served.
The large dining room is a very spacious large room. A long table will welcome you for a gourmet and friendly breakfast.
Another room for breakfast is also available, access is through a kitchen full of the charm of the kitchens of yesteryear. Smaller, it offers a warm and cozy atmosphere with a view of the garden and opening onto the terrace.
Breakfasts are served in one or other of these rooms depending on the number of guests to be served between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
We have attached particular importance to comfort, decoration and the garden. All the furniture and decoration of our residence and guest rooms are authentic family furniture, found on the right, on the left or purchased at the Bayeux auction house. Everything has been chosen, positioned and arranged with care and attention. Our greatest pleasure is that you feel at home with us and that you keep an unforgettable memory of Normandy.
Our home is located next to the old Bayeux porcelain factory where three families succeeded one another (Langlois, Gosse and Morlent).
We offer five guest rooms decorated and personalized with care, including one on the ground floor and four upstairs.
